One accountable builder, a fixed price and a date.
MVP Ninja is a product studio that scopes, designs, builds and launches MVPs, AI agents and automations at a fixed price in 7, 14 or 21 days, for non-technical founders and small teams in the US, UK, EU and the Gulf.
What MVP Ninja does
Six kinds of build, one way of working: a written scope, a fixed price and a launch date agreed before any work starts.
SaaS Products
A subscription product with sign-in, billing and the one workflow customers pay for. You launch with something people can buy, not a demo.
Web Applications
Marketplaces, portals, dashboards and booking systems in the browser. The version that replaces the spreadsheet-and-email process you run today.
Mobile Applications
iOS and Android from one codebase, built around the moment people open the app. Submitted to the stores under your own developer accounts.
AI Agents
Software that reads your documents, uses your tools and takes the action, with a person approving where it matters. It does a job rather than answering questions about it.
Business Automation
The handover between your tools, done without anyone copying and pasting. Leads, invoices, support tickets and follow-ups keep moving while you sleep.
Internal Tools
The admin screen, ops console or back office your team needs to run the business. Built for the people who use it forty times a day.
Prototype to Production
A prototype from an AI builder turned into software that holds up: real sign-in, payments, data you can trust and code a developer can keep building on. We keep what works and replace what won't.
What makes MVP Ninja different
Compared with the usual options: AI app builders, development agencies, freelance marketplaces and hourly contractors.
A fixed price, agreed before any work starts
Every build is quoted at a fixed price with the scope written down: $1,500, $2,700 or $3,700 for the 7, 14 and 21-day packages. Hourly contractors and agencies bill for the time the work takes, so the number you hear first is an estimate rather than a price.
A launch date, with a penalty on us
The launch day goes in the scope before we start. If we miss the agreed launch day for reasons on our side, the launch payment drops by 10%, and it's only due once the agreed scope is delivered. Most fixed-bid contracts put that risk on the client instead.
You work with the person who writes the code
Ali Sufyan scopes your product, builds it and answers your messages. There is no account manager in between and no subcontractor you never meet, which is the usual arrangement at an agency or on a marketplace.
A written update every working day
You get a short written update each working day and a private preview link early in the build. You never have to ask how it's going, and a slip can't arrive as a surprise at the end.
The code is yours from day one
Your code lives in a repository in your name from day one. Full IP is assigned to you on final payment. No platform lock-in: unlike an AI app builder, nothing you own depends on a subscription to the tool it was built with.
Who uses MVP Ninja
- Non-technical founders with an idea and no technical co-founder, testing a first version with real users
- Early-stage startups, pre-seed to seed, who need a working product in front of customers or investors this quarter
- Small and mid-sized businesses replacing a spreadsheet-and-email process with software their team actually uses
- Founders who built a prototype in an AI app builder and hit the limits of it
- Agencies and consultancies who need a build partner behind their own brand
The team behind MVP Ninja
Ali is a mobile and product engineer. He studied computer science at the Islamia University of Bahawalpur (2008–2012) and has spent his career building and fixing apps for startups and small businesses: native iOS and Android, Flutter and React Native, web apps and the backends behind them.
He works with AI coding tools every day and treats them the way a senior engineer treats a fast junior: useful, supervised and checked. That's a large part of how a fixed-price MVP in 7 to 21 days is possible without cutting corners.
When you work with MVP Ninja, Ali is the person who scopes your product, builds it and answers your messages.
MVP Ninja started in 2026, after years of Ali watching the same thing happen on freelance contracts: founders paid for months of work before finding out whether anyone wanted the product.
The studio was built around the opposite bet. Cut the idea down to what proves it, put a fixed price and a date on that, and ship it in weeks.
One person builds your product: Ali Sufyan, founder and engineer, working from Sadiqabad, Pakistan. Specialists are brought in only for work outside that (design detail, a native platform edge case), and Ali stays the person you talk to.
- Sadiqabad, Pakistan. Works with founders in the US, UK, EU and the Gulf
- Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, React Native, Node.js, Firebase, Supabase, Stripe
- Judge at the AppX Idea Convention (ImpTrax, 2018)
- Unloop, an iPhone app that blocks the apps you open on autopilot; Lawyer Diary, a notebook app for court dates
Ali’s record on Upwork
Since 2019, Ali has built and rescued apps as a freelancer on Upwork: 43 contracts, about 4,000 hours of client work and a 100% Job Success Score. Several clients came back for years, one of them for about ten separate projects.

How working with MVP Ninja works
Onboarding is a brief, a call and a written scope. Nothing is built before you have the price and the date in writing.
- A conversational brief on the site, in plain English. No specification document, no technical vocabulary.
- One scoping call, then a written scope, a fixed price and a launch date. You approve it before any work starts.
- Ali Sufyan — the same person from the first call to launch day.
- Email and WhatsApp, plus a call when something needs one. A short written update every working day and a private preview link early in the build.
- Within one business day.
- 7, 14 or 21 days from the agreed start, depending on the package.
- 14 days of fixes (7 days on the 7-Day Sprint), then a change list for the next version.

Frequently asked questions
Who actually writes the code?
Ali Sufyan leads every build, and the people who scope your product are the people who design and build it. We use AI tools to move faster on routine code, and every line is reviewed by an engineer before it ships.
Do I own the code?
Yes. The code lives in a repository in your name from day one, and full intellectual property is assigned to you on final payment. Hosting and third-party services run on your own accounts. No lock-in and no licence fees to us.
How will we communicate during the build?
One shared channel, a short written update every working day, and a live demo at each milestone. You always know what is done, what is next and what we need from you.
How can a real MVP cost $2,700?
Because we remove cost that doesn't make your product better: account managers, rebuilt foundations, open-ended scope. A small senior team, proven building blocks and AI-assisted engineering let us quote a fixed price that stays fixed.
What if you miss launch day?
The launch date is written into your scope before we start, and you see progress every working day, so a slip never arrives as a surprise. If something threatens the date, you hear about it that day, with the reason and your options: move a feature to the change list, or move the date. The final 50% isn't due until the agreed scope is delivered, and if we miss the agreed launch day for reasons on our side, it drops by 10%. Late feedback or missing access on your side doesn't count as us being late.
What if my idea is bigger than that?
Most big ideas have a small core worth testing first, and we will help you find it. If the product genuinely needs more, the 21-Day Launch covers fuller products, and anything beyond that is scoped as a custom build with a fixed price for each phase.
What happens after launch?
Fixes are included for 14 days after launch (7 days on the 7-Day Sprint). After that you can keep building with us on a monthly plan, take the product in-house, or hand it to another team with our documentation.
Can agencies use you as a white-label partner?
Yes. We can deliver under your brand, work alongside your team or stay entirely behind the scenes. NDAs are welcome, and your client relationship stays yours.
