A product team your clients never need to meet.
Say yes when a client asks for an AI agent, an automation or an app. We scope it with you, build it at a fixed price and hand it back under your name.
Three ways to work together
Under your brand
We deliver as part of your agency. Your client sees your name on the product, the updates and the handover.
Alongside your team
We work with your strategists, designers or developers, in your channels and your tools.
Behind the scenes
We build; your team presents, manages the client and owns the relationship.
Agencies whose clients ask for more than the team can build
Marketing and growth agencies
Clients want AI lead handling, reporting and automations. Offer them without hiring engineers.
Design and brand studios
You designed the product. We build it faithfully from your Figma files and design system.
Development shops
Extra capacity for AI features or a fixed-scope MVP when your own team is booked.
Consultancies
Turn a strategy recommendation into a working prototype your client can put in front of users.
From client brief to handover, under your name
Share the client brief
Send what you have: a call recording, a deck, a Figma file. We sign an NDA first if you need one.
Scope it together
We write the scope and the fixed price with you, so you can quote your client with confidence.
We build, you stay in front
Daily written updates come to you, ready to forward. We join client calls only when you want us there.
Hand over under your name
Code, documentation and a walkthrough, delivered to the repository and accounts you choose.
Your client stays your client.
- We never contact your client unless you ask us to.
- NDAs are welcome, signed before you share anything.
- Your brand on the product, the updates and the handover.
- A fixed price per project, agreed in writing before work starts.
- Code delivered to the repository and accounts you or your client choose.
The same fixed packages
Every client project gets a written scope and a fixed price before work starts, so the number you quote is the number you pay.

Partner questions
Who actually writes the code?
Ali Sufyan leads every build, and the people who scope your product are the people who design and build it. We use AI tools to move faster on routine code, and every line is reviewed by an engineer before it ships.
Do I own the code?
Yes. The code lives in a repository in your name from day one, and full intellectual property is assigned to you on final payment. Hosting and third-party services run on your own accounts. No lock-in and no licence fees to us.
Can you work with our existing designs?
Yes. Send Figma files, a design system or even screenshots. We build from them and flag early anything that would put the timeline at risk.
Can agencies use you as a white-label partner?
Yes. We can deliver under your brand, work alongside your team or stay entirely behind the scenes. NDAs are welcome, and your client relationship stays yours.
What stops the scope from growing — and the price with it?
The written scope. New ideas during the build go on a change list: we swap them for something of equal size, or plan them for after launch with a price agreed first. Nothing is added to your invoice without your approval.
