MVP studio for non-technical founders
Launch the part of your idea that matters. In 14 days.
Bring the messy version. A voice note is fine. We find the one thing worth proving, cut the rest, and ship it on your own accounts for a price agreed before we start.

01The real risk
Founders don’t run out of ideas. They run out of runway building the wrong version.
Here’s what first-time founders usually get offered, and what happens here instead.
Usually: A six-month quote for a first version
Here: 7, 14 or 21 days, agreed before we start
Usually: An estimate that says “it depends”
Here: A fixed price with its limits written down
Usually: A developer who goes quiet mid-build
Here: A written update every working day

02How it works
One sentence on Day 00. A live product on Day 14.
Scroll through a 14-day plan, cut by cut: what we kept, what waited, and what shipped.
Day 00
The idea
A sentence, a voice note or a messy doc. That is enough to start.
“Kitchens still log fridge temperatures on clipboards. Could a shared tablet make the daily checks take seconds?”
Update · Day 00
Brief read. Three questions back to you, and a scoping call booked for tomorrow.
Day 02
The cut
One assumption to prove, a written scope, and a list of what waits.
The assumption to prove
Kitchen staff will complete digital checks if each one takes seconds on a shared tablet with wet or gloved hands.
In the first version
- Daily checklist for opening, service and closing
- Temperature logs with out-of-range corrective actions
- Cleaning schedule with sign-off
- Allergen matrix per dish
- Inspection-ready PDF report
Later
- Cut: Bluetooth temperature probes
- Cut: Stock and ordering
- Cut: Rota and payroll
- Cut: Multi-country regulation packs
Update · Day 02
Scope signed: five things in, four on the later list. Fixed price agreed.

How it can cost this little
It isn’t a teaser rate. We removed the cost that doesn’t make your product better.
A small senior team
The people who scope your product build it. No account managers, no handoffs, no padding.
Foundations we don't rebuild
Sign-in, billing, admin, deployment and monitoring start from proven, production-grade building blocks.
AI-assisted engineering
We use AI to move faster on routine code. Every line is still reviewed and owned by an engineer.
Ruthless scope
We build what proves the idea. Everything else goes on a written list for the next version.
- Written scope first
- Two payments
- Daily written updates
- Fixes after launch

08Questions
Before you spend anything
Something else on your mind? Ask it in your brief. Nothing is sent until you review it.
Can something useful really be built in seven days?
Yes — if it is focused. A 7-Day Sprint builds one core workflow: the part that tells you whether people want this. We agree that scope in writing before we start, so the week goes into building the right thing well, not a rushed version of everything.
Why not build it myself with Lovable, Bolt or Cursor?
For a quick prototype, you should. They're great for testing a screen or a flow. The gap shows up when real people use it: sign-in that holds up, payments, data you can't afford to lose, errors you hear about, and code a developer can keep building on. That's the part we do. If you've already built a prototype, send it with your brief. It's a useful starting point.
What if you miss launch day?
The launch date is written into your scope before we start, and you see progress every working day, so a slip never arrives as a surprise. If something threatens the date, you hear about it that day, with the reason and your options: move a feature to the change list, or move the date. The final 50% isn't due until the product launches.
What if I don't like what you design?
You see a clickable design before any product code is written, and nothing moves into the build until you approve it. Changing direction at that point costs a conversation, not a rebuild.
Who actually writes the code?
Ali Sufyan leads every build, and the people who scope your product are the people who design and build it. We use AI tools to move faster on routine code, and every line is reviewed by an engineer before it ships.
Do I own the code?
Yes. The code lives in a repository in your name from day one, and full intellectual property is assigned to you on final payment. Hosting and third-party services run on your own accounts. No lock-in and no licence fees to us.
What stops the scope from growing — and the price with it?
The written scope. New ideas during the build go on a change list: we swap them for something of equal size, or plan them for after launch with a price agreed first. Nothing is added to your invoice without your approval.
How can a real MVP cost $2,700?
Because we remove cost that doesn't make your product better: account managers, rebuilt foundations, open-ended scope. A small senior team, proven building blocks and AI-assisted engineering let us quote a fixed price that stays fixed.
What happens after launch?
Fixes are included for 14 days after launch (7 days on the 7-Day Sprint). After that you can keep building with us on a monthly plan, take the product in-house, or hand it to another team with our documentation.
